Shipping Policy
1. Processing times

All orders are prepared and shipped from Switzerland.

Order preparation time is generally 1 to 3 working days after payment confirmation.

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if available depending on the shipping method chosen).

2. Delivery areas

We ship our products worldwide.

Switzerland: Free delivery for all orders.

Europe & International: paid delivery, calculated according to the official rates of Swiss Post, without added margin on our part.

3. Delivery costs

- For Switzerland: delivery is free for all orders.

- For Europe: shipping via Swiss Post is charged at CHF 19.00 (A4 format parcel, < 500 g, with tracking).

- For the rest of the world: shipping via Swiss Post is charged at CHF 24.00 (A4 format parcel, < 500 g, with tracking).

These rates correspond to the actual prices charged by Swiss Post, without any added margin on our part. The exact amount will be indicated when placing your order.

Taxes and customs duties: for any order delivered outside of Switzerland, additional charges (local VAT, import duties, administration fees) may be applied by the authorities of the destination country. These charges remain the responsibility of the customer.

4. Estimated delivery times (after dispatch)

Switzerland: 1 to 3 working days.

Europe: 4 to 10 working days.

Rest of the world: 7 to 15 working days (depending on the country).

Please note that these delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on local postal services and possible customs checks.

5. Monitoring and accountability

All our shipments are sent with a tracking number provided automatically after your order is shipped.

Once the package has been handed over to Swiss Post, GIGI AMOS cannot be held responsible for delays, losses or damage caused by carriers.

6. Taxes and customs duties

For shipments outside of Switzerland, import taxes, customs duties or additional fees may be applied by the destination country.
These possible costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price of the order or in the delivery costs invoiced.

Returns and exchanges

At GIGI AMOS, customer satisfaction is at the heart of our priorities, both in terms of the quality of our products and the experience of our services and support.
However, if you wish to return an item ordered online, here are the steps to follow and the return conditions.

I - What are the possible reasons for returns?
There are two reasons why you can return your GIGI AMOS products to us, the conditions of which are different:

Return for a refund
Return for size exchange

II - Return deadlines

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to return your GIGI AMOS items to us.
After this period, returns can unfortunately no longer be accepted.

III - Return conditions

Items must be returned in their original condition, i.e.:

- unworn, unwashed, undamaged,
- with all accessories, labels and documents included in the initial package.

Any product not meeting these conditions may be refused or subject to restocking fees.

IV - Return procedure and costs

Returns are the responsibility of the customer.
To initiate the procedure, please write to us at gigiamosswimwear@gmail.com
indicating your order number and the items concerned. We will then send you return instructions.

Shipping must be via Swiss Post or any other equivalent service offering tracking. We strongly recommend choosing a shipping method with a tracking number and insurance to secure your return.

Upon receipt and inspection of your package, we will process the refund within 14 calendar days.
The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 10 days for the funds to appear in your account.

V - Exchanges

Size or model exchanges are possible.
However, the cost of returning the initial product remains the responsibility of the customer.

To request an exchange, please write to us at gigiamosswimwear@gmail.com
with :

- your order number,
- the item you wish to return,
- and the size or model desired as a replacement.

Upon receipt and validation of the return, we will send you the replacement product (subject to availability). GIGI AMOS will cover the shipping costs for the new shipment.

We reserve the right to modify our return policy at any time. If there is a significant update, we will notify you as soon as possible.
